เซ็นทรัลพัฒนา ประกาศวิสัยทัศน์ ‘Pioneering Growth & Beyond’ แผนพัฒนาเมกะโปรเจกต์ ปั้น New CBD ในกรุงเทพฯ และมิกซ์ยูสยิ่งใหญ่พัฒนาความเจริญทั่วประเทศ เดินหน้าลงทุนตามแผนกว่า 120,000 ล้านบาท
เซ็นทรัล ขอนแก่น แคมปัส บนพื้นที่ 30 ไร่ ประกอบไปด้วย ศูนย์การค้า คอนโด และ GO! Hotel แห่งแรกของอีสาน โดยโปรเจกต์ศูนย์การค้าเซ็นทรัลแห่งที่ 2 ในขอนแก่นก็ถือเป็นแห่งแรกในภาคอีสานเช่นกัน เนื่องจากเป็นจังหวัดที่มีกำลังซื้อสูง และมีทำเลศักยภาพ ติดพื้นที่มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น โรงพยาบาลศรีนครินทร์ และ Medical Hub ในอนาคต
Central Pattana Unveils Central Khon Kaen Campus, its Second Shopping Center in Khon Kaen Province
Central Pattana has announced its vision, “Pioneering Growth & Beyond,” a plan to develop mega-projects creating a New CBD in Bangkok and large-scale mixed-use developments nationwide, with a planned investment of over 120 billion baht.
The 30-rai project includes a shopping center, condominiums, and the first GO! Hotel in the Northeast. The second Central shopping center project in Khon Kaen is also the first of its kind in the Northeast, chosen due to the province’s high purchasing power and strategic location adjacent to Khon Kaen University, Srinagarind Hospital, and the future Medical Hub.
